Iris Ključić is the first live-born child, of father Mirza and mother Naida. She was born on the 11th of May in 2013 in Tuzla, Bosnia. Her Personal Identification Number is: 1105013155100. Address: Franjo Markovic HB2 street, Slavinovići community, Tuzla district.
Iris was prematurely born and her first problems occurred right after conception. Her mother spent the first three months of pregnancy at the neurology section in the hospital. In the first 24 hours of her life she experienced cardiac arrest and for the next couple of days she was fighting for her life. In the next 9 months Iris was diagnosed with elevated muscle tone.
In the second year of life she was clinically dead for 20 minutes. After several MRI’s she was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Iris requires the help of others for all basic tasks .Her disability unables her from walking, eating or talking independently.
The living conditions in family Kljucic are harsh. Iris’ father is temporarily employed and mother takes care of Iris and her brother who was diagnosed with microcephaly. Both are in desperate need of therapeutic treatment, which require additional funds.
The doctors recommend a surgery to take place as soon as possible, which will enable her to move her legs more freely. This operation would take place in Serbia and the cost is €2.850. The family is unable to fund the surgery and therefore requires our help.
